Pay via your BRUM account

Sign in to Make a Payment

To pay using your BRUM account and Council Tax Online you will need to:

  1. Sign into your BRUM account and view your Council Tax account details
  2. Select 'Council Tax Online' from the Council Tax section
  3. Make a payment using the payment link under 'Popular Services'
  4. You will need your 10-digit reference number to make payment. You can find this in the top right-hand corner of your Council Tax bill.

If you aren't registered, you will need to register for a BRUM account.
